A Kanaval procession, at times shifting moods from somber to joyous, moves through the streets of Jacmel almost a month after the 7.0 earthquake. The town known for its arts was hard-hit by the temblor. The 7.0 earthquake that devastated parts of Haiti on January 12 killed hundreds of thousands of people. January's earthquake killed hundreds of thousands of people and caused significant and lasting structural and economic damage in the Caribbean nation.
